Crossfit 5:30am
Tabata:
squats, push ups, med ball slams, push press, row
Susan: 16, 5, 10, 6, 4
Ilya: 12, 5 (could only stay for squats and push ups)
Great job! Never an easy workout.

my workout this morning
row 1000 meters at an easy pace
recovery and stretch for a few min.
2000 meters as fast as possible - 7:06
did some deadlifts up to 100 kg, both conventional and sumo style (legs felt exhausted after the row)
then I did some biceps and triceps (recovery...haha)
finished with a few bodyweight lunges, step-ups, split squats etc.

he helped pick the workout...he did the following
KB WOD (all exercises were with 1 hand at a time)
KB SQ
KB Clean
KB Push-Press
KB Snatch
16kg x 10 ea, 24kg x 5 ea, 32kg x 3 ea for 1st 2 exercises, then 28kg Push Press and 32kg full swing, finished with 40kg SQ and Clean on the right side only
he wanted to go heavier and work on some technique
good workout....flexibility and technique is definitely improving
I wish I had as much work capacity as Randy....and he's nearly twice my age...keep going strong!
