That's the same guy who tried to find seams and flaws in Greg Glassman's theories. And now he's against Back Squats. I think he's trying to garner attention.

I was just going to post that link. Kevin and I were talking about how many responces we would probable get. I assume he is referring to his people doing speed skater squats... correct?

When you cock your ears just right, he sounds like George Clooney.
"At some point the back will be a limiting factor to the back squat." Well, it sounds like you need to keep training with the back squat to strengthen the back.
"The back foot or the depth might be a factor, but that doesn't change the fact that we just used 100% loading." What the hell is George Clooney trying to say here?
Well, it sounds like George Clooney wants to get the legs stronger at the expense of the lower back. There comes a point when an athlete will need to produce force in a close-kinetic chain, with both feet concurrently in contact with the ground, against a resistance. The legs will be fine, but the back will snap. In serious athletics, the death of the back squat is the murder of the low back.
Maybe George Clooney should stick with staring at goats.
