Crossfit 6pm

400m run
20 push ups
20 DB one arm split jerks (10R, 10 L)
30 OH Walking Lunges (15R, 15L)
for 20 minutes

Kurt: just made 4 rounds...great job!

Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
135 pound Push press
45 pound weighted Pull-ups (supinated)

Time = 34:56

God aweful time! Those weighted pull-ups were killer. It reminded me of doing hand stand push ups. No real cardio component because I had to rest so much to complete another pull-up.
