Completed the day with the ladies doing 75 wall ball shots and Randy working on pull-up ROM and technique! All in all great efforts!

Great job group! The combination is a lot harder than it sounds!

I did the same WOD earlier this morning post intervals of 500m on the rower and 1000 singles with the jump rope. My time was 24:17. My grip on knees to elbows slowed me down a bit. Hats off to everybody who completed it today!
