"Tracey" (Gabe's workout from BBQ modified a little)

.7 mile loop
15 push ups
15 pull ups
15 kb pulls (both used 16k)
15 kb swings (both used 12k)
15 thrusters (both used 17.5)
15 med ball slams
repeat twice
.7 mile loop with ball

Julie 23:40

Both complained about the run with the ball but did a great job sticking with it!!

*50 Pull-ups (40 kipping, 10 jumping - arms shot from 150 Jumping Pull-Ups yesterday)

*50 Push-ups (felt sweet after 150 push-ups yesterday!)
*400m run (outside)
*50 Sit-Ups
*400m run (outside)
*50 Squats (have never gone as fast as today....thanks Jimmy!)

Total time:18:17 (pull-ups slowed me down wayyyyyyy too much!)
Jimmy 14:04 (killed it!)
Johnny 14:23 (killed it as well!)

Time = 17:32
...sad. Still tired from previous workouts, especially my grip strength during the pull-ups...pathetic.
