10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight
DL = 142.5kg
BW=210 lbs.
Clean=72kg
Time=49:25
Not so much tired (in terms of a high heart rate) as tired from the heavy DL. Felt weaker on bench press. Tore a blister on my thumb during the "4's" of the cleans. Overall, I did worse than last time. Perhaps I need more than 5 hours sleep more often.
