Has anyone here read Body by Science by Dr Doug McGuff?
I just stumbled on his web site - and I'm just wondering if his book is worth reading.

hmmm..... guess nobody's familiar.... or peeps are keeping their opinions to themselves... which is OK too.
I'm reading Mark Sasson's book now - Primal Blueprint. Lot's of the same info covered elsewhere by Taubes, Cordain, Wiley.... It's well written and perhaps more accessible to a general audience.
