Burpees x 5
10 rounds for time
results:
Randy - 14:37 - did power snatches with 30kg
Serena - 16:55 - did snatches with 20kg
Kurt - 17:30 - did snatches with 30kg
finished with a 10 min. ab circuit (no, not silly ab exercises - plate twists, overhead plate side bends, plate situps, knees to elbows)
once again - great effort with lots of sweat, a little blood, and tons of heart!
