I guess I'll post first as I was the first to go and probably the first one out! I was out once I got to eight pull ups per minute. Attempted nine and didn't make the cut.

...and I guess I should probably add these were almost all jumping...yikes

I made it through 14 rounds.

9 rounds....kipping for first 7 rounds, had to jump for last 3 on 8 and last 4 on 9....died 2 down into 10th round.
Did finally do a handstand today....off the wall for 3 seconds....3 seconds longer than I could last week!

A lot harder than when I first looked at the Rx. As prescribed by Corporate WOD, I got 13 minutes and then another 8 reps (just couldn't get my chin over to complete the 14th round!).

Looking forward to BBQ and drinks on rest day.

I did it twice, and I didn't do it right either time. But I did get through 9 minutes the first time pronated grip and 8 minutes supinated grip the second. I could have definitely done better.

i made it through 16 rounds and got 15 pull ups before i ran out of time in round 17. .
