today I did yesterdays WOD from corporate; i.e., 1 pullup each min. go for as long as you can - just get it done in the min.
I made it through 10 pullups with no time to spare in that min. - I didn't attempt 11
My abs are extremely sore from 2 days ago - 15 deadlifts with 60kg, run 1/4 mile, 15 GHG situps all for 5 rounds (after 75 full range situps my abs need another day or so to recover)

Today I did Weds. workout: 15 deadlifts with 60kg, run 1/4 mile, 15 GHG situps all for 5 rounds. Time was 22:47.
I can't wait for my abs to feel like they've been thorugh a meat grinder!

Today at 1pm CrossFit Los Altos group did:
tabata squats
.7 mile run loop outside
25 reps - push press - 40kg men, 25kg women
25 reps - full kettlebell swing - 1.5 pood men, 1 pood women
25 reps - push-ups
25 reps - burbees
participants - Randy B., Diane A., Kurt S., Serena E., Josie D., Joe K.

Tabata Squat x 8 intervals
Ran .7 mile
25 Push Press 15kg
25 Kettlebell Swings 1 pood
25 Pushups
25 Burpees
