Early morning WOD -
"Analisa"
(figured since the WOMonth is named after me, I'd better do it early in the month so that I can do it again and beat myself!)
1/4 mile run (outside)
25 Squats
25 Pull-Ups
25 Sit-Ups
25 Burpees
4 Rounds for time
Analisa: 42:38 (all pull-ups were real, chin above the bar, both supinated and neutral grip)
Heather: 43:06 (jumping pull-ups, second hard-core Crossfit style workout ever!)
Great way to start off the week! Can't wait to do this later in the month and beat that time. Burpees suck!
