CFLA 1pm group

only participant - Diane A. (yeah, she's back in action)

she started going through the list of tasks for a level II athlete

she completed her KB snatches, 2000 meter row, and also attempted the shoulder press (got 90 lbs if I remember correctly), and squats (got 60, but legs were too tired from Sat. to get all 100)

Good job getting this going....

my workout for today:

Clean and Jerks up to 90kg x 1

felt very tired and lazy

then I did 3 sets of 8 RDL's with 60kg

then 3 sets of 10 on reverse hyper with a whopping 35 lbs (plus weight of machine)

I'm glad I did something today, but was hardly feeling spunky!

20 thrusters (20lbs db)
20 pull ups
20 long jump burpees
times 4
400m run

Glenn: 28:05 (this was Glenn's last crossfit workout with us as he will be moving soon...great job:)
Kurt: 29:55 (Kurt took the month of July off, but is back on schedule now...tough first workout!)
