1 pm CrossFit Los Altos Group

Randy B. & Wendy H.

5 jumping pullups on the rings
10 pushups
15 squats

x 3 times

run 1/2 mile

do all that 3 times (a total of 9 sets of each of the 3 exercises and 3 runs)

Wendy H. - 23:05 (had to substitute the rowing machine for the 2nd treadmill run due to all 3 in use)
Randy B. - 23:22

Awesome effort displayed by these two! Keep it up...

incline pushups x 15
12kg kettlebell full swings x 15
ring rows (Michelle), jumping pullups (Diane) x 15
situps x 15
rowing machine x 500 meters

all this by 3 rounds

Diane - 31:02

Great job ladies....way to work tough!

Today is my rest day, but I did 20 supported handstand pushups in a breaking set. Threw in some pushups at the end. Now I just found out that tomorrow's WOD is Push Jerk -- more pushing! My shoulders and arms will be blown... but ya gotta be ready for anything!

I did gabes WOD in 26:30

5 pull ups+10 push ups+15 bw squats x 3 + .5 mile run] repeat x3
