participants - Randy & Ryan
WOD
10 reverse hypers (110lbs of weight)
10 GHG situps (20lb med ball for Ryan)
10 back extensions (25lb plate on chest - Ryan ditched the weight the last 2 rounds)
10 box jumps (tallest box for Ryan, med. box for Randy)
10 strict pullups (neutral grip - Ryan ditched these the last two rounds because his shoulder is hurting the last few days)
5 rounds for time
results:
Randy - 19:52
Ryan - 20:25
lots of core work...the focus was on the best technique possible at a somewhat slower pace for each rep, but rest between exercises was kept at a minimum
