CFLA 1pm group

participants - Diane, Randy, Kurt & Ryan

fairly extensive active dynamic warmup

WOD

team workout

20 double unders (or 100 single unders)
15 single arm DB deadlifts - 25 lbs
15 barbell bent over rows - 30 kg
10 ea single arm MB shoulder press - 16 lbs

as many rounds as possible in 20 min. only rotate when all 4 people are done with their station. Kurt and Randy added 5 reps to each exercise after the 1st round.

Results - 3 full rounds with 25 seconds left on the clock

finished with lots of leg swings for joint mobility / flexibility work

good workout - not the toughest workout, but a good workout nonetheless

hope to see a big group tomorrow!

long active dynamic warm-up

WOD

back extension
wall ball
box jump

25, 20, 15, 10, 5 for time

results:

Michelle - 16:15 (12lb ball, 18" box)
Tim - 16:40 (20lb ball, 18" box) - switched to hanging leg raises for the last few rounds instead of back ext. because his back is still recovering from lots of workouts

cool down with a .5 mile walk
leg swings in multiple directions

good job!
