I ran in from home (about a mile)

did push jerks - 60kgx3, 65x2, 67.5x2, 70x2, 75x1, 80x1, 80x1, 80x1, 80x1

now I'm going to finish by running home (another mile)

I did Gabe's 1pm CrossFit group:

Hang Power Cleans -

15x5, 15x5, 15x5, 35x5x3, 40x3x3, 45x3x2

WOD

21 wall balls - 12 lb ball
21 push presses - 12 lb db's each hand
rope descents - 3 times

all this by 4 rounds = 13:22

Wendy H. did Gabe's 1pm CrossFit workout too.

This was the same as above; however, with olympic lifting it was just practice with a 15kg barbell.

Total time on WOD = 12:12

Jump Rope (500 wu)

5 Pull-Ups (Kipping)
10 Push-Ups
15 Squats (30kg)

8 rounds in 25 minutes

Followed by run w/Serena around the loop - .7 mile

Not bad since quads are still screaming from two days of GHG Sit-Ups!

Started the day w/ a 6 mile run (just cause the sun was out):)

I did Saturday's WOD (50 each of what felt like 10 million exercises). The weight was modified a little (for push press, wall ball, and kb). Time was around 37...I forgot to stop the watch right away. I thought this one was tough and I'm definitely expecting to feel it tomorrow!
