On the road again, in my hotel room:

Wanted to get some legs in after a sore upper body from yesterday:

3 Rounds for Time:

Alternating Jumping Lunges, 30 reps
Jump Squats, 20 reps
Walking Lunges, 30 reps
Squats, 20 reps

Time = 15:17

Did the job, quads were sore.
