1pm CrossFit Los Altos group

row - 1000 meters (2nd & 3rd round - 500 meters)
pullups - 20
KB snatches x 10ea

all by 3 rounds

Participants - Diane, Randy, & Kurt

finished with some odd object lifting - Ben's 120lb rock filled backpack
did some deadlifts, cleans, and attempts at presses overhead

Another great workout - keep it up gang!

Today my workout was:

Snatch - 40kgx3, 50x2, 55x1, 60x1 (stopped here because I was feeling slow)

row 400 meters
50 wall balls with 20 lb ball
30 pullups (broke them into sets of 5)
row 800 meters
30 pullups (sets of 5 again)
50 wall balls again
row 400 meters

This CrossFit workout (minus the Snatches) took me 21:15. Overall I was feeling a bit tired today, but I'm glad I did it.

Corporate WOD with modification -- used bent-knee Pull-ups, instead of L-pull-ups as prescribed.

5 rounds of:

15 Push Jerk, 95 lbs.
15 Bent-knee Pull-ups

Time to finish: 15:46

Kurt was the only one to show up this morning, this is what he did.

*1000 meter row and Dynamic workout to warm-up


*500 meter row
*Deadlift high-pulls (30k) 25x
*Jumping pull-ups 25x
*KB full swings (20K) 25x
*Burpees 25x
*Rope Climb (lying) 3x

2 rounds for time
