DB split snatch x 10
DB clean x 10
DB split jerk x 10
DB deadlift
run 1/4 mile

3 rounds for time

result: 27:35

tough workout!

21-15-9 reps of:
62.5 kg Full Cleans
Ring dips

Time = 11:03

Last 2 times I did it: 14:18 (8/11/06) & 13:32 (7/30/06). At one time, I was hoping for Sub-11 minutes, and I probably would have been able to do it except I moved the 62.5 bar to make room for the FIT Kids in the middle of it to another part of the room.

I've improved on Ring Dips, and that's dramatically decreased my time, but all sets are still broken. Back became stiff again, but that may be because of my poor technique on the cleans. Figures. I don't practice them much.
