KB high pull - 5reps
lateral hurdle jumps - 10 reps
push ups - 10 reps

straight leg sit ups - 25
leg raises - 25
hanging leg raises - 25

10 DB Snatches - right arm
10 DB Snatches - left arm
20 pullups
8 DB Snatches - right arm
8 DB Snatches - left arm
16 pullups
6 DB Snatches - right arm
6 DB Snatches - left arm
12 pullups

results:

Julie - 9:23 (15 lbs, jumping ring pullups)
Greta - 9:53 (10 lbs, jumping ring pullups)

Julie and Greta - continue to work on your flexibility so you can eventually perform full snatches equally well on both sides. Great work today. This was a nice fast paced workout.
