500m row - kept between 2:00 and 2:08 pace first 4, last one busted out 1:59 pace
15 DB Thrusters 25# DB - think I can muster up 30# next time....might be close to pukey but oh well!
15 pull-ups -Kipping all the way in sets of 7-10 until last set, sets of 5

Total time: 28:32

Completed with Crossfit Snow Angel! Arms were almost too tired to even make a snow angel on the floor!

Haven't felt like this since Fight Gone Bad....
Soooooooooo excited tomorrow is a rest day....

Time: 24:40

Legs were stilldead from previous day single-speed ride w/Gabe. But, ya gotta be ready for anything.

same workout as prescribed with 35 lb DB's

My row times were as follows - 1:35, 1:45, 2:05 x 3. I should have conserved energy and paced at maybe 1:55-2:00 for each round.

All pullups were kipping pullups broken into sets of 5. This is one of the hardest workouts in awhile. Like John, my legs were not fully recovered from our wimpy singlespeed ride yesterday.

As prescribed with 35# DB's.

Did it in 32:40, sad.... However, this was a wonderful decongestant during and after the workout for hours. That 2-week-old phlegm was finally making an exit. It felt like it had been a while since I had done a pull-up or had my heart rate above 100 beats/min.
