9am CrossFit Los Altos WOD
Participants - Diane & Kurt
went around the .7 mile loop with a pair of dumbbells - Diane had 10's and Kurt had 20's
they did:
farmers walks, walking lunges, overhead walking lunges, burpees, waiters walks, unilateral overhead walking lunges, clean and power jerks, single arm snatches, runs, walking DB twists, etc.
Total time was about 45 minutes. Unique workout, but we had to take advantage of the break in the rain. Great job!
