Well, it's looking like rain, but we have plenty to do indoors. We'll post up the workouts and times this afternoon.

Started Sunday a little disoriented due to the time change....
"FRAN" woke me up right away -
30-kg Thrusters
Pull-Ups (kipping)
21-15-9 for time: 7:52
Beat my previous time by over 2'! Not bad for a Sunday afternoon -
Enjoyed filming, motivating, and yelling for the following 3 hours while everybody went through "Tracey" and "Fight Gone Bad!"
Great day today everybody! And...Gabe, you've done an amazing job getting both our team and clientele (both new and current) rejuvinated, and excited about competing with themselves. Today was a great event and I know, had it been sunny, the turnout would've been even better!

The three workouts we did were:
Workout # 1
Tracey
run - .7 mile loop
15 push-ups
15 pull-ups
15 KB full swings (24 kg - men; 16 kg - women)
15 KB deadlift high-pulls (24 kg - men; 16 kg - women)
15 thrusters (95 lbs - men; 65 lbs - women)
15 back squats (95 lbs - men; 65 lbs - women)
all 15 rep exercises for 2 rounds
run - .7 mile loop carrying a medicine ball (20 lbs - men; 16 lbs - women)
Workout # 2
Fran
21, 15, 9
Thrusters & Pullups
95 lbs for men, 65 lbs for women
Workout # 3
Fight Gone Bad (3 or 5 rounds – 1 min. rest between rounds)
Wall-ball – 20 pound ball (Reps) (12 lbs for women)
Sumo deadlift high-pull 75 pounds (Reps) (55 lbs for women)
Box Jump – 20” box (Reps)
Push-press 75 pounds (Reps) (55 lbs for women)
Row – calories (Calories)
We modified exercises as needed. I have some of the scores from Fight Gone Bad so I'll post those up. Please post your times for Fran and / or Tracey.
