Los Altos CrossFit offers group circuit training/bootcamp classes throughout the week utilizing the CrossFit methodology

CrossFit is a program designed to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. It is a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains - endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.  (courtesty of CrossFit, Inc)

CrossFit is for individuals of ALL LEVELS who are seeking results, and are willing to work hard, learn new movements, perfect skills, and want to have fun with a group of people all committed to the same pursuit of elite fitness.

Group times:

Monday through Friday @ 5:30 am
Monday through Friday @ 9:00 am
Monday through Friday @ 12:00 pm
Monday through Thurs @ 6:00 pm
Saturday @ 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00 a.m.
