Spinning, Primal Hiking, VitaMoves to augment your weekly training regimen. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Indoor Cycling: Focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery utilizing the revolutionary WattBike while receiving expert coaching from former professional cyclist, Taylor Tolleson.

FIT Kick: Martial arts punches, kicks, and strikes interspersed with athletic drills for a 60 minute high intensity workout focusing on developing cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, power and speed.

: Use natural surroundings to challenge your strength, mobility and coordination throughout a rigorous hike at Rancho San Antonio

VitaMoves: Simple, controlled, and focused movements derived from martial arts, yoga, and the bodywork to create increased vitality.  Starting the day doing this helps create a more fluid, supple body and clearer mind so you have a higher probability of creating a "better" day.
