FITbuddies
For individuals with special needs including Down Syndrome and Autism focusing on strength, endurance, coordination and building confidence.

• The group consist of individuals of many ages and is then grouped by skill level. 
• Most importantly, the group works hard and has fun in a safe environment.

Schedule:  M/W 4:30-5:30
Membership Cost:  $25 per session
