Dan & Johnny Alter
Dad and Son
Dad and son: Dan and Johnny Atler
During the month when we're celebrating family and all of the elements the joys of family bring, we're very excited to feature a father and son who have been at FIT for the past three years (and then some). Their hard work, commitment and efforts are not only shown in their workouts (two and three times per week) but are also apparent with the inclusion of the other two members of their family becoming active, healthier and fitter.

Dan comes in each morning, sometimes more asleep than awake, but once those shoes are on, his eyes open up and he is ready to roll! Dan is always open to any type of workout, doesn't know any other way to give but 110%, and will stay until the last repetition is executed. Regardless of his athletic background, Dan has proven that he has the heart of an athlete and has given his family the greatest gift of all through his perseverance; the opportunity to better their health and wellness through consistent activity and a positive environment. We congratulate you both and are lucky to have you as part of our FIT FAMILY!
