What are/were your short and long terms goals coming here to FIT and have you obtained them? Yes
Short-term goals: Drop pounds and inches
Long term goals: Maintain what I have achieved and to continue to drop more pounds and inches, gain strength and energy.
What do you enjoy about FIT? The environment is energizing. I can walk in tired at 6:30 and by 7:30 feel totally energized, happy and ready for the day.
What exercises do you like and dislike?
Likes: treadmill, bench presses, back extensions and sit-ups
Dislikes: pull-ups
What is the key to your success from training here at FIT? Trainer Danielle is KEY to my success. She is truly motivational, always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She is a very pleasant person to be around so early in the morning.
Key to success from the trainer: Carol's key to success is showing up three days a week willing to work hard and at the same time have some fun. Carol had a couple goals in mind coming into FIT in July of 2008. She wanted to decrease her body fat percentage and increase her strength and endurance. On top of that she wanted to look great for her daughter's wedding in the middle of January. She has accomplished all her goals and more. She is stronger than she has ever been and ran a 5k on January 1st. She is a great start to my day and an inspiration and joy to work with. As her trainer, I am very proud of her and the goals she has accomplished over the last few months. Keep it going, Carol! I am behind you 110%!
Carol's Celebrations: I dropped a size in clothing and my lower back pain is gone.
