7. What are your keys to success?

1) Feeling that if I want to live long and healthy - i must work out
viciously.
2) All of the FIT Trainers provide a challenging and motivating
environment.
3) FIT work out partners drive me harder then I would on my own.
4) Every morning as I crawl home from a FIT workout - the whole family
asks "What did they make you do today?"
5) With my children going to FIT, it makes it a family driven
motivation

In his trainer’s words: Getting the opportunity to work with a person like Dan reinforces why we do what we do everyday. Dan comes in each morning, sometimes more asleep than awake, but once those shoes are on, his eyes open up and he is ready to roll! Dan is always open to any type of workout, doesn’t know any other way to give but 110%, and will stay until the last repetition is executed. Regardless of his athletic background, Dan has proven that he has the heart of an athlete and has given his family the greatest gift of all through his perseverance; the opportunity to better their health and wellness through consistent activity and a positive environment.
