Greg Nagaye

Personal Trainer
Greg began his career in the fitness industry in 1991, while attending Long Beach State University, working for US Sports Development’s Adidas Tennis Camps (now Nike Tennis Camps). Graduating from LBSU with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology (Pre-Physical Therapy) in 1995, Greg also lettered in Tennis during his Freshman and Sophomore years. Greg went on to complete his post-graduate degree in Exercise Physiology at Sacramento State in 1999. Greg has worked for numerous companies, including Club One, Spare Time, Inc., Bally Total Fitness, and Linda Evan’s Fitness Centers holding positions ranging from corporate to the club levels. In 2005 Greg, along with a business partner, started X-body, Inc., a personal and corporate health and fitness company. In 2007 Greg teamed with bodybuilding legend Flex Wheeler and IFBB Pro Figure Chrissy Garcia to start TFW Worldwide, LLC. TFW promotes bodybuilding shows, sporting events, and educational seminars throughout the US. Since giving up tennis following his sophomore year, Greg fell in love with kickboxing and went on to compile a combined amateur and professional record of 18-1. Fighting mostly for Steve Fossum’s IKF, Greg has held the United States Professional Full-Contact rules championship in two weight classes. Since retiring from the ring, Greg has gone back to his childhood loves of collecting comic books and sports cards.
